MONTGOMERY, TX, April 4, 2014, Bruce Courand Lane, Author, has been recognized by Elite American Artists for dedication, achievements and leadership in writing.
Desiring to choose his own destiny, Mr. Lane made the decision to follow his passion and build a career as a writer. He wrote and published the children’s book “The Friendly Little Martian,” which is set in Costa Rica’s beautiful Orosi Valley and tells the story of one Martian’s search for friendship and acceptance. Mr. Lane would like to publish the book in Spanish and write a sequel. He is currently writing another book entitled, “Bipolar Diaries.” Mr. Lane wants to be a versatile writer, publishing works in different genres.
Mr. Lane draws on his own experiences and travels to develop stories lines. He was born in Talara, Peru, and raised in Costa Rica. He is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English, and looks to connect with all types of readers through providing them with intriguing characters, and stories that involve universal values. Mr. Lane believes he has succeeded as an author because he is passionate about his work.
