Ms. Farrelly started her career as a teacher and received a Presidential accommodation for excellence in teaching mathematics, but was always interested in making a living as a writer. She is an avid reader who gained inspiration to write her debut novel when she discovered a box of family Civil War records. She has published six books, “Terms of Surrender,” “Terms of Engagement,” “Terms of Temptation,” “Timelapse,” “Dangerous,” and “The Guardian’s Angel.”

Ms. Farrelly has received ample recognition for her writing style and heart-wrenching plots. She writes historical romances that take place during the Civil War and in the west. She has also tackled the genres of time travel, sci-fi romantic adventure, and paranormal romantic thrillers. Her novel, “Terms of Surrender” was a finalist for the Orange Rose Award in romantic fiction. Her books are available on Amazon in both print and e-book formats. Ms. Farrelly attributes her success to holding herself and her work to high standards of excellence.
